The Matt Behyers Interview

Just the night before Matt flew off the Canada, I rang Curly B to hook
me up with Matt for Interview before his departure.Meet him at
Mama Prata 24Hrs shop somewhere in Tampines. He look shabby
and tired maybe a litttle homesick I guess or maybe Curly B did
something to him..Haha

" Well Matt , some little introduction about yourself..."

Been riding for nearly 9 Years since training wheels off at 2 years old.."

" So currently who are your sponsors ?? "

"3 Things you like about this trip, Metrojam ?? "
" ...Ermm...Its been great meeting old friends like Al , Wade from
Empyre ramps.Its been a long time since I've meet them. I was surprised
at what the local trails scene been doing here. Its totaly a different Trails
scene than where I was back in Canada. And lastly the climate here is a killer.
So damn humid.You could sweat like a pig and worse thing when I still had my
"Sweater" on.



" Were you happy with your runs in Metrojam ?? "
"....Yeah..I was satisfied with my overall runs.especially with my
overpedal stall attempt on the metal fence.
Wanted to try that for 2 years,aite. Was happy even i did not pull it off.Hahha.."

" You been in year Red Bull Elevation 2006, tell us how was the contest"
" It was crazy. Even Doyle and Bohan had hard time clearing the jumps but
they made it seems flawless after all. It was the most radical trails/dirt contest
in history. It was a great experience for me .And this year would be the last year
Elevation would be held .Dont miss it for the world !!! "

" Your 23 this year,.So whats your goal in the next 5 years? "
" ...Ermm..Thats a tough one buddy.Hahaha..It be nice to settle
down and have a family of my own, a house ,run my own family busniess
and lastly shoud be able to ride bmx..yeah.Simple life."

" Any last words for the local Matt?? "
" yeah...keep up with the trails scene yeah..Trails Connect !!!! "
