30s Olympic Opening video


Remember my previous post way back in April when CurlyB was the talent for Beijing Olympic 08 opening.If you have been a Olympic fan or been watching the updates you could see the 30sec opening showcasing all the sport involved and watch closely you could see a bmx spot that is around 3 to 5 frames. Yeap that him alright. Bruce Dunlop & Associates (BDA) Singapore, a local production house, won the bid to produce the opening sequence of the Olympics in late 2007, after several rounds of pitching to the Beijing Olympic Broadcasting Committee.The 30-second opening sequence will be broadcast to hundreds of countries from August this year as the world’s top athlete’s step into the broadcaster’s spotlight at the biggest sporting stage in China. The winning sequence integrated the five elements of Metal, Water, Wood, Earth and Fire – according to Chinese Philosophy, the universal and essential elements of nature.
The 30-second sequence will be seen by millions of viewers during the opening ceremony of the games on 08th August 2008. View to 30 sec opening click here, or watch the making of the video here.
