Blacksondol 2007 What when down

What when wrong ? Rain was falling on friday nite till 5am next day. We worked our ass whole morning while me and the guys were setting up the place with makeshift props we took from nearby construction site. It was Nizam who overwork and design the super banks of Blacksondol 07.



It worked out nice. On Saturday morning the sky was gloomy, dark, and soon it started to drizzle to a heavy rain. it poured all day long. The event was eventually canceled and brought forward to Sunday.

Sunday was a brand new day. Great weather for great event. In total 15 riders turn up most of them were from east side. Apparently the rest did not came down after the postponed event. Luke and Mr Bambam was the judges for the day. The qualifiers ran smoothly. We even saw some great crazy shit done , Wobble gapping over the banks to head straight to the bushes, shaheen jumping over the small box jump and busted his knee cap, he went straight to the hospital.





The Finals was down to 10 riders. Most of them got thier run smooth in the finals, Cury B had good run in the finals but just did not made the cut to top 3 but made to 4th position. 2nd and 3rd position was a headache for the judges. Seems that Ismail and Raihan was very close to each other. Raihan had smooth slick runs where else Ismail was busting big airs , grinds , icepicks.In the end the judges choose Raihan in 3rd and Ismail falls for 2nd.No doubt from the smooth slick run we could see the champion. Shahridz was kicking everyone else right from the qualifiers with a variety of runs.


Nizam do wonders at banks.

Soon after the finals we ran the best trick contest at the banks.Nizam overkilled everyone with his technicals combos, footjap whip. 540, over banks tailtap to nosejam in, rollbackfakie 180. turndown gap over banks. Curly B came close with 180 gap over banks to flat and shahridz with 3rd place , 360 gap over banks to flat.Other Scary tricks were from Moses tried tailwhip out the banks, Shahridz tried 540 out the banks !! CRAZY

The 1st ever street contest was a great success.Thanks to eveyone who had come and support us.
