Animal Asia bike tour Malaysia- Special Report

The whole trip was rather a last minute thing as Azman manage to get bus tickets for 8 of us to KL. This time around we got kruger,our best photographer to capture timeless moments in the trip. We left on Friday midnite at Golden Mile complex. Thank god we got a chance to upgrade our bus to the double decker so called or the premier bus. It was so much better with more legroom and spacious and comfort seating.Totally recommend you guys, a value for money.

1st class bus!!

We reached KL,Pudu Bus station at around 6am, and settle down at Mcdonalds for breakfast. Kinda silly because we thought of going to mama prata shop. But amazingly the price of the Big Breakfast meal was so muc cheaper than in Spore.Well done!! Soon after we break up into 2 groups of taxis and head to Sunway Pyramid to get a hotel room. Well fair enough the taxi fare from Pudu Bus station to Sunway was only RM20. We got 3 rooms at Sunn In hotel that was just 3 min walk from the actual competition venue.

After settling down in the hotel we headed out to the competition venue for the warm up session. The weather was nice and cooling. Everyrider even the locals had a great time. During the warm up Botax and Curly showed the crowd hows its done.Throwing simple flowy tricks.
So after the warm up session Curly ,Home,Ein and Botaxxx went to a local Pub for a drink which did not turn to be a great idea after that. They all were drunk and went back hotel in the wee hours.

Sunday was the contest day. Bam was in focus as he wanted this return trip to turn out good for him. Curly B was in the holiday mood and did not feel good on the contest day. He had a slight fever that was coming to him. But after eating 2 panadols he was good to go.
Qualifying rounds was straight to the point, with 3 runs each and taking best of 1 score to the final 10.The local boys did not give in to sunset guys. This little boy who is on 16 has a table top 1 hander like vic murphy with super booster air.Amazing. Botaxxx has already impress the judges with his slick 360 combos, 360 x-ups, 360 tables. Curly B played it safe by keeping his runs and tricks simple. Same goes to Bam. His trick was so basic but filled with style and flow.All the sunset guys went to the finals. But they needed cut down to only top 6 for the grand finals.

Top 6 was Botaxx,Bam,Amy,Matnor,"kecik" .Everyone had only 3 runs and best of 2 are only taken as final score.Kecik runs was simple but with huge air table 1 handers to get it clean with his last run. Amy did his combos mambos of x-ups and turndowns. Bam showed what he was capable.1st run was a nofootercan to no footer,2nd run was pendulum, and last was a sweet 360 table 1 hander, smooth slick, but that wasnt enough to beat Botaxxx run. Botaxxx threw in a superwhip for the 1st run,crashed on 2nd run with attempt on 360whip,but he manage to recover with a big 360 whip over the box.It was clean and the results was clear.

Results was out and Bam took 2nd place after Botaxx.Amy took 3rd,4th was Mat Nor and 5 was to "Kecik". It was a good event.And everyone enjoyed every second of it. We then headed down to Petaling street for shopping spree before getting back to spore on midnite bus.Home sweet home.
